Bagno di Romagna is one of the 12 gastronomic cities "Chef to Chef" UNESCO in Emilia-Romagna. This course is intended for those who wish to discover and explore some aspects of Romagna’s culture and culinary traditions, combining with the study of the Italian language.
During the course, you will visit, together your teacher, some places of origin of some typical produces and have the chance to savour their taste and aroma. Course dates 2023:
