Description

Bagno di Romagna is one of the 12 gastronomic cities "Chef to Chef" UNESCO in Emilia-Romagna.
This course is intended for those who wish to discover and explore some aspects of Romagna’s culture and culinary traditions, combining with the study of the Italian language.

1 Guided visit to a producer of the famous "Formaggio di Fossa DOP" combined with a wine and cheese tasting
1 Guided visit to an old oil press followed by oil and wine tasting

1 Cooking lesson with the famous Chef Paolo Teverini
1 Lunch at Restaurant Casa Artusi in Forlimpopoli, the hometown of Pellegrino Artusi (1820-1911), author of "Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well" and one of the most important Italian cookery
